We believe that life is better when we are strong, healthy, and active.

This lets us remain independent as we age allowing us to enjoy our time with friends & family.

That is why we’ve made it our mission at TheTinySpoonCo to help men & women have the knowledge & insights necessary to remain strong, healthy, active, and independent as they age.

We do this by scouring the vast amount of health resources, news, studies, and discoveries online and bring them to you in small “tiny spoon” sized chunks that are easy to understand and most importantly — actionable.

We read hundreds of online articles, news stories, and studies each week and then turn what we read into “tiny spoons” that get delivered each week via our email newsletter.
